On 28 July 2026, DIA Developments brought the Beat the Heat initiative to the LuzOra construction site on Dubai Islands, creating a moment of relief, appreciation and solidarity for the team working through the summer heat. By standing alongside them and recognising the conditions they work in, we wanted to show that their wellbeing truly matters. As part of the initiative, 300 natural fruit popsicles were shared with the construction workers helping bring the project to life.

June brought LuzOra to a new stage of construction. The building reached the 5th level and is now moving towards the 6th, while progress continued across the parking area, swimming pool and essential building systems below. Inside the completed levels, the next layer of work is already underway. Plastering, floor preparation and MEP installation are preparing the spaces for the interior stages that will follow. With handover planned for Q2 2027 and average price per square foot on Dubai Islands expected to grow by more than 15.5%, this is an important period for buyers following the project. The structure is rising, and the spaces inside are now beginning to develop into the finished residence.
